Founded by a team of professionals, in 2011 with backgrounds in business, construction, design, engineering, immigration, law, and information technology sectors. B Plus Consultancy has grown from a humble design firm to a multi-spectrum strategy, management, operations, financials, and I.T. consultancy services. BPC was founded on the belief that to succeed, we must provide responsive service and expert resources. Our service philosophy is based on our dedication to our clients. BPC works with its clients to find the innovative solutions that today’s complex markets require, with a focus on providing flexible, cost-effective technical and management consulting resources.
BPC has recently extended and shifted its service scope to primarily the Middle East and specifically North Africa. Our primary focus has become governmental and private infrastructure development contracts in that region. Specializing in connecting companies directly with clients, facilitating and negotiating contracts, as well as overseeing project completion. We provide competent translation, corporate invitations, liaison, accommodation arrangements, and transportation services.

Bill Sherif is a determined leader and innovator with a proven trend forecasting ability since 2005. With backgrounds in Industrial Design, Marketing and Project Management, the spectrum of his exposure to work flow and oversight of multi-million-dollar initiatives has made him diverse in his talent and has set his standard of work at a high-level proficiency. Tempered by a strong personal aesthetic, ability to conceptualize and design innovative solutions and campaigns within specific market segments. As someone that has been a player in both, start-ups and established multi-billion-dollar corporations, it has become a crucial part of the way he goes about his business matters working in high pressure, high stakes environments where responsibilities are huge and the consequences can be detrimental. He has directed stages of large projects, with a focus on appropriate cost engineering in design and development of products, and developing campaigns that convey the brands ethos and speaks to its different consumer segments.
MIKE ELWOOD

Mike Elwood is the expert in the Electric Vehicle industry, with over 20 years of leadership experience in the space. Mike has been influential in shaping many countries' plans for delivering EV’s since 2003. His experience is deep and practical, ten years ago Mike built and personally delivered to Canada Post their first electric mail delivery truck. Mike has participated in numerous countries' plans for deployment of EV’s and has since 2011 been focused on EV infrastructure deployments, while consulting to some of the largest companies in the industry. Mike is also the founding chair of Electric Mobility Canada, having helped shape it into the influential organization it is today. Prior to his endeavor into EV’s, Mike co-owned Indian Motorcycles for nearly a decade, and expanded their Indian Motorcycle Café brand to over locations in North America.

Mohammed Shaban is a proven leader and been a major player in established multi-billion-dollar corporations, it has become a crucial part of the way he conducts business matters working in high pressure, high stakes environments where responsibilities are huge and the consequences can be detrimental. Mohamed is a USC Alumni with a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering Classes of 1984. He quickly rose the ranks of the social and economic ladder starting as Field Engineer at the Oasis Oil Company – Libya in 1984. From there on to the Counselor to the Libyan Interim Government from Jan. 2012 to Aug. 2016 where he skillfully navigated, coordinated, and implemented strategies for the UN Backed Government and the United States Embassy Libya under Ambassador Debra Jones. During his time as Counselor to the Prime Minister of Libya, Mr. Shaban has brokered high-level negotiations with top levels of government though his seasoned career. He then became Chairman of LAICO [Libyan African Investment Company] Sep. 2016 to 2021, Followed by Special Adviser to the Minister of Oil at the National Oil Company of Libya – Present.

Avv. Filippo Paris is a diligent and vastly experienced attorney operating out of Rome, Italy. Mr. Paris is graduate of “La Sapienza” University, and attended a forensic specialization course at Rome “Tor Vergata” University, where he was then admitted as Lawyer at Rome Bar Association in 1999. From 2012 on Filippo specializes his practice as an Attorney at Italian Supreme Court. Specializing in Business Law and International Contracts, Litigation and Arbitration (domestic and international). Filippo is the senior partner in a law firm with headquarters in Rome and for many years has been defending Foreign Countries, and various others foreign entities including banks and embassies, in front of Italian Jurisdiction and some European Jurisdictions.
DAVID ARSENAULT

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
With a background in aeronautic, David started Effenco, a revolutionary Electric Vehicle company recently acquired by MartinRea International, as a spin-off of his postgraduate study back in 2006. Effenco develops transportation electrification solutions that reduce the GHG emissions of heavy-duty vocational vehicles. Its large operation database from connected vehicles (Internet of Things) is at the heart of its development process. Thanks to its patented electric technology, Effenco is now a leader in improving the energy efficiency of heavy-duty vocational trucks. Effenco is present in more than 10 countries around the world, and is now a leader in heavy-duty vehicle electrification and connectivity, with an international client base. David completed his studies in 2015 with a doctorate in Mechanical Engineering from the Université du Québec.
ABBY FRIMPONG

Abby Frimpong worked as a fundraiser in the non-profit world for years. While living and working in Washington D.C. she began to take note of how many worthy causes there were – all of which were deserving of funding – and wanted to figure out a way to engage more people to give back. Thus her social platform Duuple was born. With Duuple, users can upload videos or pictures, creating challenges that support your favorite NGO or raise money and awareness for causes that matter. To date Duuple has over a quarter of a million downloads and the Los Angeles, California-based entrepreneur is making strides as a woman of color in the tech industry.
